Juan Olea, CRPC™, has a diverse work experience. Juan started their career as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in December 2011 and worked there until December 2013. After that, Juan joined State Farm® as a Claims Associate in December 2013 and worked there until September 2016. Following their time at State Farm®, they joined Retirement Planners of America in September 2016 as a Client Service Associate. Juan then progressed to the position of Learning and Development Manager in December 2019 and is currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development since August 2021.

Juan Olea, CRPCâ„¢ obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from California State University, Northridge from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they hold a Salesforce Certified Associate certification from Salesforce, obtained in 2022.
