Todd Pendleton retired from James River Grounds Management in October 2023 after a distinguished career that began in May 1991, culminating in the role of Vice President of Business Development. During this tenure, Todd Pendleton oversaw sales and marketing efforts across multiple branch locations, contributing to the company's recognition as the 59th largest landscape contractor in the nation and the 18th largest in the Southeast, according to Lawn and Landscape Magazine. Additionally, Todd Pendleton held leadership positions within the Community Association Institute, including serving as Chapter President for the Central Virginia Chapter and as a board member for the Southeastern Chapter. Prior experience includes a role in business development at KT Enterprises, Inc. Education was attained at East Carolina University from 1978 to 1980.
