Mike Latimer is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in the Chicago South Suburbs and Northwest Indiana markets. As a Real Estate Broker in Referral at Sue Cook Referrals since July 2012, Mike has a strong background in assisting buyers and sellers with residential properties. Prior to this role, Mike held positions as an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Remax Realty Associates, where responsibilities included dealing with owner-occupied, REO, and bank-owned properties. Mike also served as Managing Broker at Commercial Advantage of Merrillville, Inc. While working at XPO Logistics from July 2012 until August 2023, Mike was a Driver Sales Representative, focusing on regional freight logistics. Mike Latimer has been retired since February 2023 and is an alumnus of Purdue University Northwest.
