Lance Carlile

Lance Carlile, LEED AP O+M, has over 37 years of experience in the New York City real estate industry, culminating in retirement in March 2023. Prior to retirement, Carlile served as Vice President of Asset Management at Vornado Realty Trust, overseeing a 4 million square foot portfolio of office and retail properties across prime locations. Previously, Carlile was a Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, where responsibilities included leading operations for a portfolio of properties and overseeing the start-up team for Goldman Sachs' headquarters in NYC. Additional leadership roles included board membership at BOMANY and directorship at the REBNY Commercial Management Board of Directors. Carlile began a career in real estate development as Senior Vice President at the NYC Economic Development Corporation, managing projects across the five boroughs. Carlile holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Illinois State University.
