Joyce Gardner is a seasoned realtor with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Professional Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since January 2019 and continuing to work with BHHS PenFed Realty since October 2011. Additionally, Joyce holds leadership roles with the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors as Chair and Vice Chair of the Grievance Committee and serves as Vice President of Business Development at Harvest Title. As a Managing Member of BCIG LLC, CJMS Group LLC, and JMS Group LLC, Joyce specializes in property investment in Baltimore and Takoma Park, MD, overseeing various acquisition processes as a general contractor.
