Rachel Kelly is a dedicated writer, keynote speaker, media commentator, and mental health ambassador, with over a decade of experience in advocacy. Since September 2011, Rachel has worked as a writer and speaker while serving as an official ambassador for several organizations, including SANE, Rethink Mental Illness, and The Counselling Foundation, since 2015. Rachel champions the cause of mental health awareness, aiming to reduce stigma and improve treatment, particularly within workplaces. Additionally, as the vice president of United Response, Rachel focuses on supporting the care of mentally and physically disabled individuals at home. Prior to these roles, Rachel was a freelance journalist with The Times from February 1990 to February 1999.
