Shannon Reed is an experienced professional in the medical billing and training field, currently serving as a Training Manager and previously as a Billing Implementation Specialist at Rethink First since January 2020. Prior roles include Billing Specialist at Total Spectrum, LLC from August 2017 to January 2020, and Billing Representative at Fresenius Medical Care North America from October 2016 to July 2017, where Shannon managed coding and billing for various medical visits. Prior experience includes serving as a Medical Biller at Three Rivers Nephrology, overseeing accounts receivable and payable, and verifying insurance details from September 2014 to October 2016.
