Nicholas Green PhD is a Behavioral Scientist currently serving as the Product Owner for Data Analytics at RethinkFirst since June 2022, where responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to enhance productivity, staff performance, and clinical decision-making through data insights and visualizations. As the CEO, Speaker, and Lead Consultant at BehaviorFit, which focuses on promoting healthier lifestyles, Nicholas has been actively involved since October 2015. Additional experience includes roles such as Adjunct Research Assistant Professor at the University of Florida, Clinical Business Analyst at Hopebridge, and Director of Outreach for the UF Behavioral Health and Technology Research Clinic. Nicholas holds a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from the University of Florida and has also earned an MS in Organizational Behavior Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
