Sandra (Gonzalez) Pepicelli has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles related to education and customer success. Sandra is currently the Director of Engagement and Customer Success at RethinkEd, where they build and maintains relationships with school district partners, provides high-quality deliverables, and identifies efficient processes. Prior to this, they were the Director of Pupil Personnel Services at Middleburgh Central School District, leading the implementation and support of student services. Sandra has also worked as an Engagement Manager at RethinkEd, providing customer service and support to school district leaders. Sandra has experience in managing curriculum implementation, professional learning, and customer satisfaction as a Manager of Professional Learning at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt. Additionally, Sandra has served as an Adjunct Professor at The College of Saint Rose, an Educational Leadership Consultant at Gracefulsteps Behavioral Consultant, a Supervisor of Special Education at Bethlehem Central School District, and a Supervisor of Special Education at Shenendehowa Central School District.
Sandra (Gonzalez) Pepicelli completed Board Certification Courses in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School from 2007 to 2009. Sandra earned a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from The College of Saint Rose from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Special Education and Literacy Teaching from Russell Sage College from 1998 to 2000. Sandra also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they have obtained several permanent certifications including Reading Teacher/Specialist, School District Building Administrator, School Superintendent/Administrator (SDA), and Special Education Teacher K-12 from the New York State Education Department.
