Fabio Novara began their work experience in 2007 as a Grafico e web designer at M3W srl, where they worked until 2011. In 2012, they joined Banzai Consulting as a Web Designer, and remained there until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Fabio worked at DOING. as an Art Director digitale. In 2017, they joined Nuvicom srl as an Art Director, and in 2018, they moved to Gruppo Retex, also as an Art Director digitale.

Fabio Novara attended the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a laurea triennale degree in Arti visive e dello spettacolo.
