Lucila Martin has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Lucila started their career in 2010 as an Asistente Selecci贸n de Personal at M贸nica Martin RRHH, where they conducted various tasks including designing job profiles, conducting recruitment activities, and coordinating interviews. Lucila worked there until 2013.

After that, they joined Grupo Hasar in 2013 as an Analista RRHH, responsible for recruitment processes and CV screening. Lucila also implemented performance management systems and handled various HR responsibilities. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of HR Business Partner, focusing on recruitment strategies, training, and development. Lucila worked at Grupo Hasar until 2019.

Lucila then moved on to Softline Company in 2019, where they served as a Talent Acquisition Lead Latam until 2022. Their role involved leading talent acquisition activities in the Latin American region.

Currently, Lucila is working at Retargetly since 2022 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, utilizing their expertise in recruiting top talent for the company.

Throughout their career, Lucila Martin has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR strategies, making their a valuable asset in any organization.
