Justinas Maciulis currently serves as CFO for the EU and US Region at RETAL, a position held since April 2020. Prior to this role, Justinas was CFO at UAB NEO GROUP from January 2018 to March 2020 and served as CEO at Miesto energija between September 2015 and December 2017. Justinas also held the position of Director at EnergoVIA from July 2016 to August 2017 and Deputy CFO at E energija UAB from September 2008 to September 2015, focusing on group finances and internal audits. Early in the career, Justinas worked as an Auditor at Deloitte from 2005 to 2008, Internal Auditor at the Ministry of Transport and Communications from 2004 to 2005, and as a Specialist at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania from 2003 to 2004. Justinas holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University, earned between 1997 and 2003, and completed secondary education at Ąžuolyno gimnazija and 24 vidurine Klaipeda.
