Alya AlQarni currently serves as the R&D and Innovation Program Manager for Entertainment and Culture at NEOM since June 2024, while also participating as a Committee Member for Khobar Art at Retal. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager and Safana Product Owner at TONOMUS, along with a consultancy position at NEOM. Alya has an extensive academic background, having lectured at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University and led the E-Learning Unit. Educational achievements comprise a Master of Fine Arts in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design, along with leadership training from INSEAD and IMD. Additionally, Alya completed coursework at Harvard Business School Online in 2022.
