Doug Garnett is an accomplished marketing professional and educator with extensive experience in both academia and business. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Portland State University and founder and president of Protonik, LLC, Doug specializes in enhancing ROI for innovative consumer products through strategic marketing and research. Additionally, Doug is active on advisory boards for BWG Strategy LLC and Response Magazine, and participates as a panelist for RetailWire's BrainTrust. Previous roles include CEO and founder of Atomic Direct, Vice President of Strategy at The Tyee Group, and Manager of International Marketing at Floating Point Systems. Doug holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics from UC San Diego and has pursued MBA studies in Marketing and Advertising at Marylhurst University.
