Andrew Mweemba has extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Retail Supermarkets Nigeria Limited since July 2022. Previously, Mweemba held positions as Head of Transformation and Operations at Pick n Pay, General Manager at Shoprite Checkers in both Botswana and Kenya, and Operations Manager at Shoprite Zambia. Mweemba's career at Shoprite spans over a decade, where roles included Regional Manager in Nigeria and Trainer Manager in Tanzania. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Management from Atlantic International University and additional training at the College of Professional Management.
