Alexandre Silva currently serves as the Head of Hamleys Play at Middle East Retail Group, overseeing operations, strategy, and innovation for experiential play venues. Prior to this role, Alexandre held various management positions, including Dubai Cluster Manager and Bounce-X Venue Manager at BOUNCE MIDDLE EAST, where responsibilities encompassed venue management and sales. Alexandre also contributed to the growth of Grupo Gymnasium as Operations Director and developed Fitness First Middle East in Bahrain and Qatar as Area Business Manager. Earlier career highlights include general management roles at RiaFit, Club L Health Clubs, and Holmes Place Health Clubs, where Alexandre was responsible for daily operations and member satisfaction. Alexandre holds a Higher Degree in Physical Education and Sports from Instituto Superior Manuel Teixeira Gomes and has pursued additional coaching and professional development certifications.
