Lois Heywood is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the asset management and retail sectors. Currently, Lois serves as Chief Executive Officer at Retail & Asset Solutions Ltd since June 2018, leading the organization through a successful management buyout of OCS Asset Solutions and overseeing operations in the UK and Ireland. Additionally, since May 2022, Lois has contributed as an Honorary Member at PepTalks, a leading UK peer-to-peer training provider for private equity backed CEOs. Prior roles include Managing Director of Asset Solutions at OCS Group UK, where Lois was responsible for strategic management and leadership of retail and asset divisions, and held various director-level positions at Chess Partnership, ARAMARK, Catering Alliance, and Marriot Management Services. Lois holds a degree from Birmingham City University, earned between 1986 and 1988.
