Anna Sheward is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in consulting and management across various industries, including security, energy, and human performance. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Restrata since February 2023, Anna previously held the role of HR & Commercial Manager at BMF Human Performance, where bespoke programs aimed at enhancing performance were developed. Anna's expertise includes restructuring, HR system implementation, and compliance management, demonstrated through roles at Be Military Fit, Carlton, Citrica, and Stirling Group. Anna’s career in HR began in recruitment at Morgan Hunt, where leadership in establishing the company’s Middle East presence was achieved, alongside contributions to emerging markets from London. Anna holds A Levels and GCSE qualifications from The Royal School.
