Shao Chen is a seasoned software engineering contractor at Restore Hyper Wellness since March 2022, with a rich background in technology leadership. Previously, as CTO at Porter & Sail from January 2015 until its acquisition by Luxury Escapes in February 2021, Shao executed a successful pivot to an award-winning e-commerce platform during the pandemic, overseeing comprehensive product development initiatives. Shao co-founded PongYo and served as a director at Mediabistro, where responsibilities included high-level technical decision-making and team management. Shao’s earlier roles spanned various development capacities at IgoUgo, contributing to significant web application advancements. Shao holds a Bachelor's degree, double majoring in Computer Science and Economics, with a minor in Mathematics from New York University.
