Will Sullivan-Cooper currently holds the position of Associate Gallery Leader at RH since March 2023. Previously, Will held the role of Vice President of Product Development at Elte from June 2022 to October 2022. Prior to that, Will spent seven years at RH in various capacities, including Vice President of Product Curation, where significant achievements included leading lighting product development and increasing fiscal year revenue from $239 million to $307 million, resulting in a 28% overall growth. In earlier positions, Will contributed as Senior Designer in Creative Development and as Product Development Leader for Lighting, successfully coordinating the growth of a $200 million lighting category.
