Marina M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and research in the field of forest resources. Currently serving as the Regional Engagement Lead and Local Lead for Outreach and Community Engagement in Brazil at Restor since August 2021, Marina previously held roles as a Professor and Research Assistant at the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" from October 2018 to December 2021. Early career experiences include consultancy at Verdesa and project coordination at Viveiro Bioflora, alongside a graduate internship at CETESB. Marina holds a Doctor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Forest Resources from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, with a PhD exchange period at McGill University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, complemented by an undergraduate exchange at Concordia University.
