Barbara Spitzer, NACD.DC, is the CEO and founder of Two Rivers Partners, LLC, an enterprise launched in 2015 after a successful tenure at Accenture, where significant leadership roles included Managing Director and Northeast Market Lead of Board and CEO Advisory. Barbara's extensive career in strategy consulting spans over 35 years and includes impactful roles in various organizations, such as President & Chair of the Board of Directors at Restless Development and adjunct faculty at New York University. Additionally, Barbara serves as a guide for the Aurora Women's Leadership Program at reacHIRE, guest lecturer at Teachers College, Columbia University, and interim Chief Commercial Officer at Denison Consulting. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from James Madison University.
