They previously held roles at Deloitte Canada, where they managed sustainability projects, and at The J.W. McConnell Family Foundation, focusing on collective impact initiatives. Jillian's experience also includes project management for the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change and strategic roles in various organizations dedicated to social impact.
