Joy Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the restaurant and fintech sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Billing at Restaurant365 since June 2021, Joy leads a team focused on optimizing the order-to-cash process and enhancing team performance. Previous roles at Restaurant365 include Associate Director of AP Payments Onboarding and Sr. Manager of Operations Support, where Joy implemented data-driven strategies and managed cross-functional teams. Joy also has experience in managing customer support teams as Support Team Manager at Compeat Restaurant Management Software and operating a successful family-owned restaurant, JJ’s Burger Joint.
