Fultz Aaron has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Restaurant Technologies since April 2021. Previously, Fultz held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Sunday River Skiway from December 2007 to October 2020, overseeing F&B operations for resort hotels and special events. Prior to this role, Fultz worked as F&B Manager for Banquets, Seasonal Operations, and Special Events at Wintergreen Resort from October 1995 to November 2007. Fultz holds a B.S. in History, Social Science from James Madison University, completed in 1990, and attended St. Christopher's School for college preparatory education from 1984 to 1986.
