Lauren Widawsky, RDN, is a seasoned wellness manager and registered dietitian with extensive experience in nutrition and health initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Wellness Manager at Restaurant Associates for UBS, Lauren implements comprehensive ingredient and allergen labeling programs while collaborating with culinary teams to enhance menu healthfulness and sustainability. Previous roles include Wellness Manager at WarnerMedia and Culinary Dietitian at NYU, where Lauren focused on promoting wellness, analyzing menus for nutritional adequacy, and conducting nutrition education. Additional experience includes clinical dietetics at Brookhaven Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and a background in group fitness instruction and nutritional counseling.
