Tereza Kaneta currently holds the position of Head of Finance, HR, Legal, and General Affairs at RESTAR Inc. and serves as a Professor of Leadership Development at Rikkyo University. Tereza is also a member of the Board of Directors for Cidadão Pró-Mundo and inQuesti. Previously, Tereza was the Interim CFO for a confidential fintech company and held multiple roles at Brunswick Group, including Partner in both Tokyo and São Paulo offices, and as Head of Capital Markets Advisory. Additional experience includes guest lecturing at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and leadership positions at MZGROUP, Deutsche Bank, and Vivo. Tereza's educational background encompasses an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School, executive education from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
