Elodie MAGNAT is an experienced human resources professional with a robust track record in managing HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines Opérationnelle et des Relations Sociales Groupe at Restalliance since August 2023, Elodie oversees HR functions for 3,500 employees. Prior to this, Elodie held the position of Directrice des Ressources Humaines Groupe at Opticiens Krys J.Torrilhon, managing 300 employees from September 2022 to August 2023. Elodie also served as Directrice des Ressources Humaines Filiale at Emil Frey France and as Directrice des Ressources Humaines Groupe at EUREA Groupe for a total of 18 years, overseeing 500 and 900 employees respectively. Early in the career, Elodie worked as Chargée de Projets Ressources Humaines at CNR (Compagnie Nationale du Rhône). Elodie holds a Master 2 in Management et Développement des Ressources Humaines from IGS-RH and a Master 1 in Droit Social from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
