Fernando Cruzeiro is an experienced professional who has held various management roles in the customer support and restaurant industry. At ResQ, Fernando currently serves as the Senior Manager and previously as Manager of Support Operations, leading a team to provide exceptional service. Prior to that, at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fernando achieved the position of Lead Customer Experience Manager after starting as a Training Manager. With a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Humber College, Fernando has demonstrated excellence in operational performance and strategic leadership throughout their career.
