Ritwik Samsi currently serves as Group Corporate Development Director at Royal London and as a Member of the Board of Directors for Responsible Life, where responsibilities include serving as Audit and Risk Committee Chair and shareholder representative. Previously, Ritwik held board member positions at Getsafe and Movinx, the latter being a joint venture between Daimler and Swiss Re, where efforts included creating the business case and negotiating agreements. Ritwik's experience also includes leading M&A activities at Swiss Re as Head of M&A at iptiQ and holds various roles in M&A advisory at Credit Suisse and UBS. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
