Jamie Douglas is an experienced professional in the education and mental health sectors, currently serving as the Quality Improvement and Operations Manager at Response since April 2019, where contributions include pioneering the Mental Health in Schools Green Paper within Oxford Schools. Jamie also holds a trustee position at Discover Bucks Museum and previously volunteered as a Crisis Volunteer for Shout UK. Past roles include Community Manager at YMCA Fairthorne Group, as well as various positions at Oakbank School, including Teacher, Head of Lower School, and Community Coordinator. Jamie's educational background includes a Master of Arts in English and Language in Education from the University of Reading, a PGCE in Teaching: English, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Swansea University. Mental health training was also completed with a Mental Health First Aid certification in 2019.
