Daniela Blumenwitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, business coaching, and consulting. Since 2014, Daniela Blumenwitz has owned their own business coaching and consulting firm while serving in various HR roles, including Human Resources Director at Rigeto Unternehmerkapital and Consultant and Start-up Coach at both RESPOND Accelerator and TechFounders. Daniela Blumenwitz is also a member of the ZS Leadership Advisory Network, which fosters collaboration among independent partners. Prior to these roles, Daniela Blumenwitz gained valuable experience as a Business Development Consultant at P4 Career Consultants and as an Executive Search Consultant with Spencer Stuart and Odgers Berndtson, specializing in the finance sector. Daniela Blumenwitz holds a degree in Economy from the University of Augsburg and is certified as a Systemic Business Coach by the Münchner Akademie für Business Coaching.
