Torsten Becht is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HR operations and employee benefits management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Lead for the Workday Program at Rio Tinto since November 2018, Torsten has held roles including Senior Manager for People Experience and Manager of Learning for Pacific Operations. Prior to this, Torsten acted as Manager Benefits for the APAC region, focusing on the design and governance of various employee benefits programs. Torsten also has significant experience at Suncorp, where roles included Executive Manager of Benefits and HR Advisor, alongside active contributions to Nambour Community Centre and the Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australasia as a committee member and board director. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and a Master of Human Services, as well as certifications in directorship and project management.
