Paul Polanco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

In 2006, they worked as an I&E Planning Analyst at The Turnaround Management Company. From 2007 to 2008, they served as an Associate Consultant at Epartnersolutions. In 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Project Manager at VistaVu Solutions.

Paul joined Kelsey-Seybold Clinic in 2010 as an EPIC Implementation Analyst II, where they provided training and support for department staff and contributed to process improvement efforts.

In 2011, they joined HealthCare Partners as a NextGen EHR/PM Implementation Specialist II. In this role, they mentored clinical staff, ensured proper documentation within NextGen EHR, and supported workflow configuration and testing.

In 2020, they joined WellMed Medical Management as a Senior IT Project Manager, responsible for managing due diligence, facility planning, and construction for new acquisition sites.

From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at NewCompliance, focusing on project management in the US.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined Resourcing HQ (RHQ) as a Project Management Consultant.

Throughout their career, Paul Polanco has demonstrated expertise in project management, technology implementation, process improvement, and training and mentoring.

Paul Polanco obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. In addition, they obtained the ADKAR Change Management Certification from Prosci in October 2015. Furthermore, they also obtained the NextGen Certified Professional certification from NextGen Healthcare in 2012.
