Shawn Phillips has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the human resources and payroll sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Agency Sales and Marketing at Resourcing Edge since July 2018, Shawn previously held the position of Regional Sales Director at Abel HR Services from February 2014 to July 2018, assisting small to medium-sized businesses with employee management and cost control. Prior roles include Regional Manager at Resourcing Edge, President of Payroll Consulting Services, and Sales Manager at Resource Payroll Company. Shawn began a career in management as Head Golf Professional at Cranbury Golf Club, overseeing a large staff and directing educational programs. Shawn holds a BS degree in Criminal Justice from The College of New Jersey, completed in 1999.
