Kelly King is an experienced professional in the field of community support and mental health services, currently serving as the Manager of Family and Community Supports at Resources for Exceptional Children and Youth since February 2021. In addition to this role, Kelly has been actively involved as a Wish Granter volunteer at Make-A-Wish Canada since October 2019 and previously volunteered as a Crisis Counselor for Kids Help Phone. With a background in leadership roles at the Canadian Mental Health Association Durham and various board positions at organizations such as the Durham Community Legal Clinic and North House, Kelly brings a wealth of expertise in community wellness, crisis intervention, and patient engagement. Kelly's educational credentials include a Visionary Leadership degree from Ontario Tech University and numerous certifications related to health care risk management and solution-focused counseling.
