The Community Development team at Resources for Community Development (RCD) is responsible for planning, developing, and managing affordable housing projects that serve low-income individuals and families in the Bay Area. This team works collaboratively to identify community needs, secure funding, oversee construction, and ensure that residents receive essential services and support.
