Adam Ranes has over 17 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Adam began their career at Nationwide Insurance in 2004 as a Retention Agent and later worked as a Retention Supervisor. Adam then transitioned to the role of Affinity Relationship Manager, managing partnerships with sports and NASCAR organizations, and eventually became a Sr. Relationship Manager and Team Lead, overseeing Nationwide's largest and most complex affinity partnerships. In 2014, Adam joined Assurant Solutions as the Director of Business Development, where they led the sales and relationship management team for B2B2C and Affinity Partnerships. Adam later worked at LifeLock as a Business Development Manager, responsible for acquiring new strategic partnerships in the insurance and affinity channels. Currently, Adam is employed at ReSource Pro, where they have held multiple roles, including Client Executive, Client Advisor, and Manager of Client Development. In their current position as Director of Client Development, they lead a team of Client Executives, supports the growth and retention of ReSource Pro's largest client segment, and manages strategic projects for business development.
Adam Ranes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Roanoke College, which they obtained from 2002 to 2004. Adam also attended Luther College from 2000 to 2002, where they focused on Management. Adam pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Iowa State University's Ivy College of Business from 2005 to 2007. Adam obtained an additional certification in "Tips for Better Business Writing" from LinkedIn in 2021.
