Easton Williams has a diverse work experience. Easton started as a Field/Laboratory Technician at UC Santa Cruz in 2014, where they worked until 2015. Easton then joined the City of Santa Barbara as an Analyst from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Easton joined Resource Innovations as a Project Coordinator, where they worked until 2020. During their time at Resource Innovations, they took on various roles including Product Manager and Senior Program Representative until 2022. Currently, Easton is the Director of Client Services at Resource Innovations, overseeing a team of over 80 employees.
Easton Williams completed their Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Political Science at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2011 to 2014. They then pursued a Master's Degree in Environmental Science and Management at UC Santa Barbara from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Easton earned certifications as a PADI Divemaster from PADI in February 2016 and as an AAUS Scientific Scuba Diver from AAUS in August 2014.
