Responsibilities include driving visitor growth through promotions, managing marketing expenses and sponsorships, and ensuring effective collaboration with external business partners. Casey Chong holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications with a focus on Persuasive Communication from Taylor’s School of Communications, completed in 2006.
