Wes Albaugh has held various roles in the marketing and CRM industry since 2009. In 2011, they were a Communications Intern at the KEPR Center (K-16 Education Policy and Research) at The University of Texas at Arlington. Wes then worked as a Graphic Designer for the Division of Student Affairs at the same university from 2009-2012. In 2012, they moved on to become a Marketing Coordinator at PrintPlace.com. From 2013-2019, they held various roles at Hilton, including Manager, CRM Personalization, Senior Analyst, CRM Personalization, Senior Analyst, Email Marketing, and Email Marketing Analyst. In 2018, they also held the role of Owner at Skyrocket Marketing, LLC. Since 2019, they have been a Manager, CRM & Personalization at The Michaels Companies, Inc., and will be taking on the role of Manager, CRM & Email at ResortPass in 2022.
Wes Albaugh completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications - Advertising at The University of Texas at Arlington between 2009 and 2012. Wes also obtained an Email Messaging & Landing Page Optimization Certified certification from MECLABS Marketing Experiments in March 2012. Prior to this, they attended Richland High School from 2005 to 2009.
