Shelby Anderson

Shelby Anderson is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at Resort Lifestyle Communities since March 2024. Prior to this role, Shelby was the Executive Chef at EDCare from June 2022 to February 2024, where responsibilities included creating nutrient-rich meals for patients with eating disorders and teaching cooking skills. Shelby also held positions as Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Footers Catering from May 2016 to September 2023, specializing in mass production of desserts and custom pastry creation. Earlier experience includes roles as Executive Pastry Chef at Occasions Catering and as a receptionist for Dr. Gary M. Holt. Shelby began culinary training at The Art Institute of Denver, earning an Associate degree in Baking and Pastry Arts.
