Brian Maxwell is the current Director of Risk Management at Resort Hotel Association, a position Brian has held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Brian served as the Risk and Compliance Manager at Meritage Hospitality Group from December 2018 to July 2023. With a background in insurance, Brian has also worked as a Claim Director at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company and held various managerial positions at Grange Insurance. Brian started their career as a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance. Brian holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Communications from Alma College.
