Eunice Napalit is a QA Engineer II at Resonate Solutions since November 2022, responsible for designing, writing, and maintaining test cases while collaborating with Development, Operations, and Business Analyst teams. Previously, Eunice worked at Trax Group from June 2016 to November 2022, serving as a Platform Developer and providing Level 3 support for platform tools, assisting with application enhancements, and performing both manual and automation testing using Selenium Java. Additionally, Eunice held a position in Platform Support Operations, focusing on process monitoring and support. An internship at IBM Solutions in 2015 involved training in Java and Lotus Notes. Eunice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Cebu, completed in April 2016, and graduated from Consolacion National High School in 2012.
