Brandon Hoffman is an experienced project management professional with extensive expertise in governance, humanitarian assistance, and election integrity. Currently acting as Chief of Party for the Catalyst Project at Resonance since June 2021, Brandon has previously held significant roles such as Deputy Project Director at Blumont, Inc., managing a USD 45 million governance contract in Syria, and Deputy Chief of Party at Democracy International, overseeing a USD 75 million project in South Sudan. Brandon's background includes strategic roles with USAID in Afghanistan, where Brandon managed stabilization initiatives and developed evaluation methodologies, along with leadership positions at DAI and Thabyay Education Foundation. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of the District of Columbia.
