Alison Grainger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and quality assurance. Currently, Alison serves as a Leader and Product Owner at Cisco since April 2019, and has been a Product Owner as well as QA Lead/Scrum Master at Resolvit since September 2013, where responsibilities include leading QA for the SLIM tool and overseeing manual testing efforts. Prior experience includes significant roles at IBM from November 1993 to March 2012, focusing on QA analysis, education development for new hires, and customer support. Alison also volunteers at the SPCA of Wake County and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Meredith College.
