Reena S. began their work experience in 1996 at Delhi University, where they worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant until 1998. In 2011, they joined Resolve Systems as a Sr. Software QA Engineer, where they still work currently.

Reena S. has a diverse education history. Reena obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Delhi University between 1993 and 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Botany/Crop Genetics at Delhi University from 1996 to 1998. In 2006, they attended Saddleback College and received a Terminology Certification in Medical Billing and Coding. Reena further expanded their educational background in Computer Science, earning a Diploma from Saddleback College from 2007 to 2010.
