Pratishtha Nayyar has a range of work experience starting in 2019. Pratishtha began working as a Bar Manager at Edgbaston in June 2019 but ended their role in August of the same year. In June 2019, they also started working as a Sales Advisor at Vodafone and continued until May 2020. Pratishtha then joined UK Biocentre in June 2020 as a Laboratory Technician and was later promoted to Senior Laboratory Operator in September 2020. In October 2021, they became the Deputy Laboratory Operations Manager. Pratishtha worked in this role until July 2022. Currently, they are working as a Laboratory Manager at Resolution Therapeutics since March 2023.

Pratishtha Nayyar completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2019, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Science with a focus on Clinical Biochemistry from Coventry University. Pratishtha then went on to attend the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2023, where they completed a program in Decision Making Using Data Science with a specialization in Data Science.
