Des Odell serves as CEO of OMG Digital in Australia since September 2023, overseeing digital innovation across Omnicom Media Group’s brands, including Resolution Digital, TRANSACT, TRKKN, and Adylic. As the founder and CEO of Resolution Digital, established in July 2013, Des Odell leads one of the industry's top digital agencies focused on delivering remarkable results. Additionally, Des Odell holds CEO positions at TRANSACT and TRKKN since August and January 2023, respectively, driving eCommerce strategies and data-driven marketing solutions. The Digital Company, founded in 2011, reflects Des Odell’s entrepreneurial spirit by managing multiple online marketplaces. Previous experience includes founding Annalect, leading Bruce Clay Australasia, and serving as Managing Director at Solution 6. Des Odell's education includes an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours from University of KwaZulu-Natal, complemented by a Chartered Accountant designation.
