Audrey A. Evans is a highly experienced professional in the field of energy efficiency and community outreach, currently serving as Principal at Earth Energy NOLA, LLC since 2000, with certifications as a HERS Rater, Green Rater, and Building Analyst. Audrey has contributed significantly to post-Katrina educational initiatives through the Cooperative Extension Service, focusing on hurricane resistance and energy efficiency. As the Founding Secretary of the Southeast Louisiana Coalition of the A/C Industry, Audrey has promoted educational programs regarding Building Code and Building Science. Previous roles include involvement with the League of Women Voters of New Orleans, program coordination at the University of New Orleans for hazard assessment education, and community outreach at the Tulane Environmental Law Clinic, linking individuals with environmental legal assistance. Audrey holds a Master's degree in International Political Economy from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University.
